One day I spoke to a young man, Marcus, who is a member of John Hall's State Farm Agency. This young man listed to what I had to say, understood my position, and even helped me Bundel my renters insurance and car insurance together. He was so helpful, understanding and kind. He even walked me through setting up the "Drive Safe & Save" device for my car. At my age, I can use all the help I can get with computer stuff.
